SOF results, 2007

Week 2: The SOF tests were very clear this year, and about the right percentage of isolates are SOF+ve. In general, SOF results should correlate with the sof-PCR. You should know why the horse serum turns cloudy ('opacifies') after incubation with the S.pyogenes culture supernatant
